Tell HN: OpenAI lost Credit Grants for Sept 2024
The purchased OpenAI credit grants[1] for September 2024 all disappeared. I had a balance which disappeared. Instead I was given a credit of about $90 in the date of Aug 31, 2024. This is as I see in Wednesday, Oct 2, 2024.
The billing history[2] does however correctly show the billed amounts in September 2024. To be on the safe side, I disabled auto-recharge. Losing the credit grants is clown-like behavior on part of OpenAI. Moreover, don't bother posting anything to r/OpenAI because critical posts and comments are getting auto-deleted there.
