Hi HN, we built "deck" to solve our frustration with slide creation workflow.

Key features:

- Write slides in Markdown, design in Google Slides (separation of concerns)

- Iterative updates with `deck apply --watch`

- Use existing Google Slides templates/themes

- Supports images and code blocks (with external commands)

We wanted to write slides in our favorite text editor and version control presentation content, while leveraging Google Slides' design capabilities.
